ShanDong Province Will Set Up a Law for Families to Take Care of Elders, a Responsibility that the Province Believes Belongs to the Next Generation and Should Not Be Transferred

The People's Representatives in ShanDong Province will set up a law for families to take care of elders. According to this law, the next generation should take care of the elders in the family and assume the major role of taking care of elders. If the family cannot do it alone, the government and the society will help.


山東將制定家庭贍養法規 養老義務不得有償轉讓

山東省人大目前已經將制定《山東省家庭贍養與扶養條例》列入了立法計劃﹐使家庭養老有法可依。這一條例將強調﹕養老問題應該由家庭﹑個人﹑政府和社會共同來解決﹐在目前社會養老產業尚未得到良性發展的情況下﹐家庭應當成為贍養老人的主角﹐家庭解決不了的才可以交給社會和政府。

山東省老齡委的有關人士分析說﹐家庭贍養立法要解決的主要問題是經濟供養﹑生活照料等家庭贍養義務的具體化﹐同時注重子女對老人的精神慰藉﹐規定贍養人不能將養老義務有償轉讓﹐但對照料﹑護理﹑保健這類生活料理等養老義務﹐可採取有償服務方式間接履行。為督促子女贍養老人﹐相關部門還將對簽訂家庭贍養協議書加強組織指導。
