The elders in the countryside go to the city for the Lunar New Year

JiNan – Miss Zhang, an employee in the news agency in Shang Dong Province , said she would invite her parents-in-laws to spend the holidays together in JiNan City . It will be the first time for her and her husband in six years not to return to their hometown in the countryside for the Lunar New Year. The research in the youth research institute in Shang Dong Province indicated that there will be about 20% young couples to invite their parents to have the holiday in the cities. And this trend expects rising.

城市住房條件改善山東不少農村老人進城過年

濟南 - 在一家省級媒體供職的張女士﹐２１日把公公﹑婆婆雙雙接到濟南市過春節。這是她與丈夫結婚６年來第一次不回茌平縣鄉下過年。

張女士說﹐兒子今年才３歲多﹐但這不是原因。２００１年孩子不到１歲時﹐照樣回去了。主要還是老人想通了﹐願意到城裡來過年。

張女士的公公馮大爺說﹐自己兩個兒子﹐老大在上海﹐每年都回不來﹔老二在濟南﹐離得近﹐坐車也就個把小時。在鄉下過年確實熱鬧一些﹐但應酬多也挺累的。更主要的是﹐兒子兒媳去年底住進了三室二廳１２０多平方米的房子﹐比以前寬敞了５０多平米﹐加上我們老兩口也不顯得擁擠。其次﹐現在的小區帶個小公園﹐有玩的地方﹐不像過去單位的宿舍﹐一片水泥地﹐連點空場都沒有。我們的腦筋也在變﹐只要跟兒子﹑孫子能團聚﹐在哪裡都好。這不﹐兒媳還專門在飯店訂了年夜飯﹐也不用全家動手包餃子了﹐真是新鮮﹗

據山東省青少年研究所調查﹐今年春節約有２０％的已婚青年人把鄉下的父母接到城裡過年﹐而且這一比例還有繼續升高的趨勢。這些青年人認為﹐過春節目的就是為了團圓﹐體驗鄉村風俗是次要的。而達成農村老人春節“反向”流動的物質基礎﹐是城市房地產業的迅猛發展﹐使城裡的住房近幾年面積空前增大﹐已能容納更多的人口居住。同時﹐在城裡過年更輕松﹐也不用往返來回折騰。另據分析﹐願意到城裡過年的老人﹐一般多為空巢家庭﹐兒女均在外地工作。
