Mainstreaming Older Persons' Issues:
How Can NGO's Help?

Since the 2002 World Assembly on Ageing, the UN General Assembly has mandated that the UN mainstream ageing issues into the work of all its organizations and bodies. This panel looks at the ECOSOC functional commissions and reveals the doors that can open to NGO's who bring the concerns and resources of older persons.
